Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of confirmed delivery, provided they remain unused, in their original condition, and are accompanied by proof of purchase.

Kindly contact us in advance to request authorization before returning any item. Returns submitted without prior approval may not be accepted.

Should your order arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We kindly ask that you include your order number together with clear photographs of the item and its packaging.

Once your return has been received and carefully reviewed, you will be notified of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where an item arrives damaged or where an error has occurred on our part. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved.
